Training Runs 2011

Introduction
Coming to a hillside near you, the MDC proudly present

THE MDC TUESDAY NIGHT TRAINING RUNS 2012

Probably the best collection of Tuesday Night Runs ever!”

32 years of uphill struggle. Accept no alternatives!

For those of who like who like to suffer with others during their regular uphill grunt, turn up on a Tuesday evening to run at 6.30 sharp to enjoy an hour or so on some of the most spectacular hillsides in South Wales. Following extensive research over the winter, well a quick look at Google Earth, we’ve managed to come up with a few new routes to add to the much loved favourites. Most runs include for a little post training sustenance at the local Muddy Dap. Where a run is being hosted from an individual’s house please contact the host beforehand for them to get an idea of numbers. So, dig out your daps and delve into what is the MDC’s 32nd season of Tuesday Night Training Runs.

Please note that whilst MDC club runs are open to all, participation is entirely at your own risk. Fell runs may go up as well as down but you will get back what you put in! You should be aware that the terrain can be rough and remote so come prepared with adequate clothing and equipment for the likely conditions (including darkness). MDC, its officers and members bear no responsibility for loss, injury or damage sustained to you or your possessions during our runs.

This year the runs have been colour coded to give the approximate area i.e East, West, North and Central , all roughly based from Cardiff.
